PRIs alleged misappropriation in utilisation of funds meant for Sports Activity during Back to Village 3rd, 

 Urged upon LG to look into the  matter

Doda 03 Oct..... The PRIs have expressed serious concern, dissatisfaction and alleged commission system by  District  Administration Doda and kishtwar regarding the purchase of Sports kits in respective panchyats of twin districts for which tune of Rs 20000 stands available under sarpanch 's  bank account. 

Alleging gross violation of norms BDC  Chairman, Sarshad Natnoo, said that an amount of Rs 20000 was transferred by Government directly into the account of sarpanch of each panchayat and kept at Sarpanch's discretion for purchasing sports kit in respective panchayat . But how  is  administration  going  to digest that funds.

Taking Sarpanch’s for granted administration  behaving like commission agent of some business men has made purchase of sports kits for all panchayats without any authority or consent from any Sarpanch.

Now panchayat secretaries are bieng forced to obtain invoices from Sarpanches. This Sense of desperation  by some officers in District Doda  is not just an attempt to undermine the authority of Elected panchayat units but also to syphon of funds indirectly which they can not do directly. Sarpanches of my block have categorically refused to  sign any such invoice and we will resist any move of undermining panchayat institutions BDC  Chairman added.
