Jammu 07 Oct :........The remotest and neglectecd Panchyat Kither of Block Bunjwah wellcomes the Back to Village iniatiative of Government and calls it as a doorstep goverence and to fillup gap among general public and administration. These words were expressed by Sarpanch Panchyat Kither Mrs. Husan Banoo during the Back to Village phase 3rd  program conducted across Block Bunjwah.

In a press statement Sarpanch Panchyat Kither said that, during this mega event charter of panchyat level demands were submitted to visiting officer Shri. Mubashir Hussain along with signatures of general public. 

Mrs. Husan Banoo raised the issue of non availablity of teaching staff in High School Kither that was upgraded under RMSA during 2013 and till day all the post are lying vacant and concerned authorties failed in posting of staff. Adding that there is need in opening of mobile schools as 99% of population is based on Gujjar and Bakerwals who moves upper reaches during summer along with their live stock for a period of more than 06 months. She urged upon PMGSY for early completion of Patnazi Kither road that was sanctioned during 2011-12 and till day only 08km earth work is done i.e just like a bridle path. 

She further added that in Kither there is acute shortage of electricity due to non maintaince of electric line, poles, transformers by the employees of JKPDCL and 04 wards of Kither are still unelectrified in this morder era of Digital India. Adding that there is need of installation of mobile tower as this area is yet not having any mobile connecvity.

Mrs. Husan Banoo said that in 1990 , water supply line was layed by concerned departnment and till day no mainatiance and renovation was done as this line had got totally dameged.

Beside these Sarpanch pyt kither had demanded, Construction of steel bridges, Establishment of Khidmat Center Branch of J&K Bank, Establishment of Solar Plant, Establishment of Police post, Sanctioning of Timber/Kail for construction of houses, Bringing of Kither under Tourism sector and Construction of Kither National Park, Sanctioning and opening of Primary Health Center, Establishment of Animal/ Sheep Husbandry center in Kither and opening of new aanganwari centers across the Panchyat Kither.

Mrs. Husan Banoo urged upon LG Shri Manoj Sinha to personally intervence and do needful in redressal of genuine demands in larger intrest of general public.
