Banihal:- Jammu and Kashmir Panther's Party District vice President Mohsin Khan asked the Government of India & lieutenant governor  to set up a university campus within Gool banihal Ramban District. He also demanded  degree college for  chamalwas, khari, Ramsoo, Neel Batoo.B.ed collage banihal  He said in his press conference that there are thousands of young people having engineering, Medical, paramedical, M.p.ed ,B.Sc Horticulture, B.Sc agriculture degrees.These young people are jobless, he said govt. must take steps for thier employment.He raised the issue jammu Provience regarding promotion of teachers to master grade whose promotions are due. He said that their is tremendous potential in the district ramban for the development of tourist spots. Their are region like Achaan, Dubdalwa,Hansraj top, zaban,  wasamarg, Neel top are endowed with natural beauty. He said that the Neel chamalwas road is in a dalipated condition. Govt must take necessary step for the repair of the said road and their is also the need macadamisation.
