BDC Chairperson Bunjwah greets people on Republic Day, Prayed for peace, prosperity and development of the Nation. 

Jammu 25 Jan :........... The Block Development Council Chairperson Bunjwah, Mrs Choudhary Maryam Begum, greeted the people of Jammu and Kashmir in general and district Kishtwar in particular on the eve of Republic Day .           

In a press statement, Choudhary Maryam said that it is the duty of all citizens to protect and preserve the unity and integrity of the Nation. Adding that towards the attainment of such an objective all of us must join hands to negate all divisive and communal forces and promote brotherhood among all citizens of India. She further added that it is necessary to remember that we shall be able to achieve growth, development, eradicate poverty and illiteracy only if peace and normalcy prevails. 

Choudhary Maryam added that on the occasion of Republic Day, We must pay homage to the great leaders, freedom fighters, founding fathers of the Constitution of India, who set for us the goals of nationhood and carried out a prolonged struggle to liberate India from the colonial rules of British and prayed that this year will usher peace, normalcy, bring happiness to one and all and see over all development in across the Nation.
