Mushroom cultivation workshop organised by Humeera Ayub in premises of GGHSS Kishtwar
KISHTWAR 25 Jan :..... On the directions of Worthy Director School Education Jammu Ms. Anuradha Gupta, A workshop on "Mushroom Cultivation" was organised by Humeera Ayub, Nodal Officer mushroom cultivation and it's awareness across Kishtwar district.
The workshop was organised by Humeera Ayub and around 80 students participated in the programme along with certain unemployed youths of Kishtwar town.
Principal Hr. Sec Girls Shri Kishori Lal was Chief Guest on the occasion. During the course of programme, Mushroom specialist Humeera Ayub gave both theoretical and practical demonstration to all the participants including the staff. Scope of mushroom cultivation as the important business model for revenue generation and the technicalities involved were also discussed in detail during the workshop.
Chief Guest in his address also stressed for mushroom cultivation as an important alternative of revenue generation particularly for unemployed youth.
It is pertinent to mention that Humeera Ayub is serving as lecturer in Botany in GGHSS Kishtwar and is doing an excellent job in awaring the students and unemployed youth of district to adopt Mushroom Cultivation as the main or alternative source of income.
Humeera Ayub while reacting with correspondent said that in upcoming days such programs will be organised for betterment of society and self dependent source of income among unemployed youths. Adding that all this becames true under the able guidance of Directorate of School Education Jammu.
