Indian Army in collaboration with SHAHEEN Trust organised Free Medical Cum Masks, Sanitizers Distribution Camp and Youth interaction programme



DODA 04 Mar :_________Continuing its efforts towards providing basic amenities to the villages located in far flung areas, Gandoh COB of Indian Army unit at Bhaderwah conducted Medical cum Mask & Sanitizer distribution camp alongwith SHAHEEN Trust at village Gundow Pingal. 
 Around 500 people belonging to  
eight villages of Gundow A & B 
Panchayats situated at 8000 feet benefitted from this camp. Of these around 100 were old aged, over 100 kids and women got themselves checked up & received free medicines. A total of 200 Masks & Sanitizers were distributed to the people .Apart from this 55 youth in the age group of 16-21 were provided with running shoes for maintaining physical fitness and to motivate them for participating in future recruitment rallies.
President Touseef Malik on behalf of SHAHEEN Trust congratulated and thanked Indian Army for organising this programme and providing them an opportunity to be a part of such a programme which benefitted the poor and downtrodden section of society that too in such a far flung area. Indian Army thanked BMO Gandoh too for providing health staff and other support for this camp.
