Global Peace Foundation established control room in Jammu, Distributed food in slums, migrant workers and poors 

Jammu 28 Apr :_______ Global Peace Foundation has established a control room in Jammu to coordinate with different agencies, patients and hospitals to arrange beds, oxygen and food for the needy. It is pertinent to mention here that Global Peace Foundation is on ground for the last one and a half year managing food, sanitation kits  during the crisis of world Covid-19 pandemic. Ever since the lockdown was announced, the foundation had been providing food to poor, migrant labourers and slum colonies in the region.

The foundation launched a special programme during covid-19 crisis in which its volunteers distributed ration, hygiene kits and other sanitation items to those who couldn't afford due to sudden outbreak of pendemic.

As soon as the second wave of covid-19 hit the country, the foundation again intensified its efforts and established a control room where its volunteers are attending the frantic calls for various needs. It's volunteers are coordinating with different agencies, individuals to arrange oxygen,plasma and food for the needy and poors. It has till now distributed more than thousand kits in the last ten days in different places in the UT.

The group of volunteers are working in unison to arrange food, funeral, cremation, safe drinking water, sanitation kits, immunity booster medicines and ambulances for the needy people amidst the growing crisis.

The foundation is using all its resources to provide succour to the people in this national crisis so that the sufferings of the people could be ameliorated in utter chaos.
