 District Information Centre Kishtwar under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma undertook a series of Information, Education and Communication (IEC ) activities at Thakrie and Palmar Blocks of district Kishtwar today on the second day of week long awareness programme on COVID19 Appropriate Behaviour and Vaccination Drive.  

Mobile van fitted with loud speakers announced the COVID19 SOPs to make the people aware of the various COVID protection procedures besides appealed the masses to take volunteer vaccination. 

The dedicated employees of DIC Kishtwar Manoj Kumar and Subash Chander distributed the mask, sanitizers, the pamphlets and stickers highlighting the COVID SOPs among the masses including the commuters,drivers, Labourers and persons of all walks of life.

Earlier, on 16-08-2021 similar IEC activities to aware the masses were conducted by Information Department in the Kishtwar town and it's peripheral areas.
